Privacy policy.

Short version. The map of your home stays on your unit. Your name and email stay in our records only as long as we need them to support your purchase. We do not sell data.
What we collect
When you reserve a unit, request a demo, or contact support, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- A shipping ZIP / postal code (reservations only).
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it.
- The contents of any messages you send us.
- Order and warranty records tied to your unit's serial number.
What we don't collect
- The map of your home, generated by your unit. It stays on the device.
- Audio recordings. The optional voice wake word runs locally and discards what it hears.
- Behavioral profiles, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a single privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not set cross-site cookies and does not collect personal information. We do not run any third-party advertising scripts.
How we use your information
To fulfill orders, send service updates, respond to your messages, and warn you about safety recalls. That is all.
How long we keep it
Reservation and order records are retained for the warranty term of your unit (five years from purchase) plus two years for tax and accounting. Demo requests are deleted after twelve months if we don't hear back from you.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@tradrobotics.com. We respond within thirty days.
Where data lives
Our servers are in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on the standard contractual clauses for cross-border data transfers. {{ TODO: confirm DPA approach with counsel }}
Changes to this policy
We will post material changes here at least thirty days before they take effect, and email reservation-holders directly if a change affects them.
