[ SETUP / CM-3000 / ~15 MIN ]

Setting up your Clean-Master 3000.

Eight steps. Fifteen minutes. The first six can be done without an internet connection — networking is optional.

  1. STEP 01

    Unbox.

Lift the unit from the foam tray. Set aside the printed service manual, the spare filter, the spare mop pad, and the bin-emptying brush. Recycle the carton — it is single-stream paper.

Note · Save the foam tray for shipping if you ever need warranty service.

  2. STEP 02

    Pick a dock location.

Place the dock against a wall on a flat, hard surface, with at least 60 cm of clearance on either side and 1.5 m in front. Plug in the dock; the indicator lights amber until paired, then turns to a soft warm white.

  3. STEP 03

    Power up the unit.

Press and hold the central button on top of the unit for two seconds. The orbit ring blinks atomic-orange three times — that means the unit is awake and looking for its dock.

  4. STEP 04

    Place on dock.

Align the rear of the unit with the dock contacts. The unit will pull itself the last few centimeters with a quiet click. The dock light goes solid; the unit charges to 100% in roughly 90 minutes.

  5. STEP 05

    Connect to your network (optional).

Open the local web UI by visiting cm-3000.local from any device on the same network. Choose your Wi-Fi, accept software updates if you want them, and set your schedule. There is no account to create.

Note · No app required. The web UI is the app.

  6. STEP 06

    Run a mapping cycle.

Press the central button once. The unit will leave the dock and traverse your home in a perimeter-then-fill pattern. A typical 1,500 ft² home maps in about twenty minutes. The map is stored on the unit only.

  7. STEP 07

    Confirm zones.

In the web UI, label rooms (Kitchen, Hallway, etc.) and mark any no-go areas. The unit respects no-go markers without exception, including during scheduled cycles.

  8. STEP 08

    Schedule and walk away.

Set a daily or weekly schedule. The unit will run, return to dock, and wait for tomorrow. There is no further setup.
