A few common questions.
- It puts your name in line for a unit. Reservations ship in the order received, by region. We won't charge your card until your unit is built and ready to send.
- Yes. Cancel anytime up to two weeks before your scheduled ship date and the deposit is refunded in full.
- Ship windows are listed per product. We'll send a more precise date about a month before fulfillment, and a tracking number on the day it leaves the factory.
