What's covered

Trad Robotics warrants every new unit against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. Coverage includes parts, labor, and shipping both ways for warranty service.

What's not covered

• Wear parts (filters, mop pads, brushes, wheels) past their service intervals.
• Damage from misuse, accident, fire, or flood.
• Modifications outside of the documented service procedures.
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

How to make a claim

Email warranty@tradrobotics.com with your unit serial number (printed on the bottom plate) and a short description of the issue. We respond within one business day and ship a prepaid return label if the issue is covered. If diagnosis takes more than seven days, we send a loaner unit.

Repair, replace, refund

At Trad Robotics' option, we will repair the unit, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or refund the original purchase price. Replacement units inherit the remainder of the original warranty, with a minimum of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement.

Right to repair

You may attempt repairs yourself using the published service documentation without voiding this warranty, provided you use Trad replacement parts and follow the documented procedures. Damage caused by improper repair is not covered.

Limitations

This warranty is the exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Trad Robotics is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, in which case the limitations may not apply to you.

Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County. {{ TODO: confirm jurisdiction with counsel }}
