These terms govern your use of tradrobotics.com and the reservation program. Using the site means you accept them.
1. The site
We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but specifications, pricing, and ship windows may change. Any forward-looking statement here is a best-effort estimate, not a binding commitment.
2. Reservations
A reservation places a refundable deposit against a future order. We do not charge your card until your unit is ready to ship. You may cancel a reservation up to two weeks before the scheduled ship date for a full refund. After that, the deposit converts into payment for the unit, less any applicable shipping refund.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that would damage, disable, or impair its operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its data.
- Submit fraudulent reservations or impersonate another person.
4. Intellectual property
The site, including its design, copy, illustrations, and logo, is owned by Trad Robotics and protected by copyright and trademark law. The published service manuals are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license — you can print, copy, and modify them, provided you keep the same license on derivative works.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranty. Specifications are subject to change. The hardware warranty is the warranty described on the warranty page; this section does not modify it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trad Robotics' total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County. {{ TODO: confirm with counsel }}
8. Changes
